Learn about Krav Maga

Knowledge is essential. Skills are passed on from teacher to student

Krav Maga Training Center is the only martial art gym in the greater Los Angeles area inclusive of the Inland Empire that teaches foundational Krav Maga. Krav Maga Training Center is one of few gyms that teaches Kettle ball only workouts. At Krav Maga Training Center our focus is on teaching proper technique since it is the foundation to self defense and personal work out for fitness. When it comes to working out and self defense, Krav Maga Training Center offers fighting, training, and recovery where students grow from all the hard work compounded throughout the week.

Krav Maga, a self-defense system developed in Israel, holds paramount importance in today’s world due to its practicality and effectiveness in real-life situations. Unlike traditional martial arts, Krav Maga focuses on instinctual movements and employs techniques that are designed to neutralize threats swiftly. This makes it an invaluable skill for individuals seeking to protect themselves in potentially dangerous environments. Whether facing a common street altercation or a more severe life-threatening situation, Krav Maga equips practitioners with the ability to react decisively and efficiently, maximizing their chances of survival. In a world where personal safety can never be taken for granted, the pragmatic nature of Krav Maga offers a distinct advantage in safeguarding oneself and loved ones.

He became renowned for his impressive arrest record, especially when dealing with dangerous criminals. Beyond his law enforcement duties, Samuel also taught self-defense techniques to local policemen at his gym, known as “Hercules.”
