Krav Maga Fighting and Defense

Krav Maga is a combination of every type of hand to hand combat. Is short and simple. Its not nice movement it is straight to the point, practical movement. A self defense that is suitable for everyone. A form of mma but without rules, so nothing can hold you back from making it home. the most effective real-world system taught today. Originally developed for protection in the Bratislava ghetto, it was later refined and embraced by Israel Defense Forces. Today, it is the preferred system for law enforcement agencies and U.S. military units. Defined by brutal offensive techniques and quick counterattacks, Krav Maga is the ideal self-defense fighting style for unexpected and dangerous situations. A focus on results without rules of fair fighting means Krav Maga is not a martial art but a revolutionary self-defense course—no katas, no rituals. Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, our Krav Maga self-defense classes are intended to teach methods exceptionally effective for personal protection in the shortest possible time. Coach Sway

Certified Krav Maga Instructor

Sway has been doing martial arts all his life and has been  been trained in Krav Maga for the past 9 years. He is a certified Krav Maga instructor through Krav Maga Worldwide for the past 7 years. Additionally Sway is trained in Tae Kwon Do, Jeet Kun Do, Jiu Jitsu and boxing. Martial arts has been a great impact in his life and wants others to have the same experience. For Sway, he wants all his students to walk out of class with their heads a little higher and feeling more confident in self defense and in Krav Maga.

Coach Kevin

Certified Krav Maga Instructor, 1st Degree Blackbelt
Kevin started his Krav Maga training in 2005 as a practitioner. In 2007, Kevin earned his level 1 instructor certificate  which enabled him to perfect his skills as an instructor and as a practitioner. Over the next several years, Kevin went on to earn 4 additional  instructor certificates along with his 1st degree Krav Maga blackbelt in 2016. Kevin also has experience in boxing, muay thai, brazilian jiu jitsu, filipino kali and tactical firearms applications.

KRAV MAGA FOR KIDS

Krav Maga for Kids is a program specifically designed for kids. Similar to the adult Krav Maga training, the Kids program teaches young kids the skills and techniques needed to build on their self awareness and trains them to defend themselves if the unexpected happens.

Flow N Lift (Kettlebell Workout)

The core workouts and movements are performed with Kettlebells. We perform a series of Kettlebell movements that the Coach will put together to create a kettlebell flow

Bulletproof (Mobility Workout)
